  • The local government of Quezon City has launched its online application for business permit and licensing to include online application for Fire Safety Inspection Clearance. You may access their website through qceservices.quezoncity.gov.ph or you may opt to visit our Quezon City Fire District office to directly submit your application. Our office is located at Civic D Building 2nd Floor Office of the building official Quezon City Hall Compound, Kalayaan Ave, Diliman Quezon City. Below are the requirements for applying for Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) for business:

    a. Photocopy of Business Permit
    b. Photocopy of Business Tax Bill
    c. Photocopy Previous Fire Safety Inspection Certificate
    d. Photocopy of Tax declaration of Building/ Real Property Tax(If owned of lessor)
    e. Copy of Contract of lease ( if lessee)

    Our office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

    b. Photocopy of Loctional Clearance
    c. 3 sets of Architectural Plans, Plumbing Documents, Electronics Documents, Sanitary Documents, Fire Protection Plans and Photocopies of Valid Licenses of involved Professional
    d. 1 Photocopy of Authorization Letter with ID
    e. Certificate from TESDA/TESDA Accredited
